If its soupy add flour. If its tough add milk. I do not usually follow exact recipes. Also make sure your oven is right, I have 2 ovens and they both cook a different way. Hope that helps!

Try under cooking them a little.

If the package says cook for eight minutes, cook for six, take them out of the oven and let them sit on the cookie sheet for about two minutes. The cookies will continue to cook because of the hot pan.

just pop it in the oven for like 10 mins and then volia! or eat it raw like i do with me friends hehee

Did you follow the recipe? Baking is different than cooking, you have to use exact measurements and rarely can you use substitutions. Without knowing any details all I can say is go by the exact recipe and baking time and temp.
